UPS delaying without feedback

My delivery has been delayed twice with no feedback i paid for express delivery and what I've gotten is the opposite.

Upon following up the first time I was not asked for any additional information I was told that its been dispatched and would be delivered latest the next day

After not receiving my goods by 2:30 the next day i followed up again and was told that they need more details and have given them the same details they had previously.

as before no follow up with my no effort made to get those details its up to me to try find out where my package is, i now have to inconvenience college to collect my package on my behalf.

I've paid express delivery for my delivery to be extended twice without feedback...... not on guys i needed this camera for an event that i can no no longer get to use it at.
