UPS decieved me and service is disgusting

I have a shipment in from the USA, online it showed ready for delivery, i call to confirm and am told time difference between USA and SA means the delivery will be a day later, this despite the online system clearly being time synchronized for location, then the online system says address incomplete, when it was very complete and no one contacted me accept for money then i was very contactable, then im told it is UTI fault as they deliver to my area, then im called and told its at UPS Aeroport if i wanna collect it myself, no effort made whatsoever to deliver my shipment on time, im **** to by several people and give bad attitude by a team leader on the call center. This shipment cost me over 7k but no service for the cost.
