UPS

I have a package from China which is stuck in Kempton Park Johannesburg South Africa, all i need is a payment link to pay for tax and duties in order to clear my customs, i have been trying the whole day on the 4th of October 2024 to contact them with no luck of being assisted, i have sent emails to them but they don’t respond… UPS representatives in South Africa are so useless… i just need a payment link for tax and duties
