UPS - CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF!!

Unbelieveable the "care" of their Customer Service line. I phoned in regarding a parcel, that showed it was pending Government clearance on the 7th - then shows on the 08th - that it is at Kempton warehouse and at 19h13 - ON ITS WAY!!! I have just phoned in to be told it's still be held by Government clearance ..... when I questioned the time frame shown online - am told he does not know why it's showing that ... worst still tells me that there is a 48hour turnaround time - so I bring to his attention that it is now the 09/12 hence it should have been released to go ON ITS WAY!!!! USELESS I would also mention that I emailed their cusstomer service first thing this morning - no reply as yet!
