UPS customer service

UPS has become one of the worst courier companies to get hold of. i revieved my VAT and duties invoice 10 days ago and paid im****iately. The parcel is still sitting in the warehouse and its almost impossible to get answered on the *** number or the ***number. It plays music for 5-10 mins and then just cuts off.
