UPS couriers are useless

They are pathetic! Parcel in SA but they did not contact me, when I phoned the first time they said they had none of my details which is weird, so gave them my ID, email and phone numer. Received the customs invoice the next day, paid it and now still waiting. Was on hold for 40min then they dropped my phonecall. They don't answer my email and I still have no parcel 3 weeks later!!!! Useless and Pathetic will never use them again!!!!
