UPS couriers are the worst courier company to use!

This courier company does not even deserve 1 star!!! I shopping online from a boutique in India and they used ups to ship my item, not a single time did ups contact me regarding customs charges or initiated contact with me regarding the package! What were they going to sit and do with my package??? This is so frustrating, it’s been so many days now since the package has arrived to South Africa but did not reach me!!! Please do not ever opt to using ups! Rather use dhl! So pathetic and they aren’t sympathetic either!
