UPS COURIER SERVICE - POOR

My wife ordered a pair of headphones from Aliexpress in China. On demand from the couriers she did an immediate EFT to UPS’s bank Standard charter and sent UPS proof of payment and a copy of her ID. we had to submitt both 3 times and our payment they say only reflected a whole week later. It has been 11 days now and the passage has not been delivered.
