UPS Courier is the worst company

2019-07-06: I have been dealing with courier companies such as DHL, Fedex, TNT etc. for the past 20 years. UPS Courier is the worst company I have ever dealt with. International shipping - 2 day delivery paid for. We are on day 6 and still no delivery. Tried various telephone numbers, spoke to various people, supervisors and departments. (I see now their name are listed in other comments) Quick to promise results and return calls/emails - however nothing. No branch manager in Cape Town to escalate my delivery. No contact to any senior managers in Johannesburg to address the incompetence of staff and their systems. The least I can do is inform all our international suppliers not to make use of UPS couriers. The least consumers can do is to actively spread the word of companies who are not worthy.
