UPS COURIER COMPANY, VERY IN EFFICIENT AND DONT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS

UPS is the worst courier company ever, i normally use DHL because of their efficiency. my parcel is stuck with UPS in Johannesburg, they requested that we make a payment and we did last week thursday already and sent them proof of payment etc and our Parcel was released by customs on friday 20th december at 0810 in the morning. but since then there is no movement - they literally ignore us, i have to buy a lot of airtime and call them for 25 minutes before going through to have my parcel attended to. Sibonelo James Kumalo knows about this they just send each other emails internally which i doubt if there is any one at all reading those emails.
