UPS COMPANY FROM HELL

I have been struggling to get my parcel from ups for a month now, most of the time they don't reply to any communication and when they do it's just stories after stories. With the amount of unhappy customer reviews here it shows ups SA should be close, contact the ombudsman of goods and services and report this trashy company. My delivery was supposed to be in 8 day but month later I'm still waiting and my small business has closed because they have my stock 😭😭😭 If thry think they'll charge me storage fee for their unprofessionalism well good luck to them, they killed my business
