UPS CANNOT GIVE A SIMPLE REPLY TO A SIMPLE QUESTION - SALESH SINGH

The UPS service is absolutely dismal

I have tried to no avail to find out why i have note received my parcel and why it was returned to the original sender.

I have spoken to the original sender and he claims he has not done anything wrong and that he has provided all the correct and required documents. He has sent me photos of the above, which i have also sent to UPS

I have spent a total of R7872.00 inclusive of duties and i will now lose all that money becuase i cannot get straight answers or a simple reply back.

I NEED ANSWERS AND IF I CANNOT GET MY PARCEL. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!
