UPS bad service

UPS is such bad courier company,I order Daniel wellington from Netherlands and was estimated to arrive on the 4th of December two days later I still haven't received the parcel and no communication was given about the delays,when I call to inquire an upset and furious custome they dropped a call in my ear now I don't have any information about my parcel and the worst is that they telling me to come fetch the parcel from the depo which was meant to be a free delivery while I'm in a different province.There is no convenience in using UPS at all.They cannot even direct me to a manager so I can lay a complaint
