UPS ARE AN ARROGANT BUNCH

I bought a computer from Amazon. Amazon took duties deposit, as usual. Everything was going well until the shipment got to SA. UPS then contacted me to say i had to pay the duties. I explained that Amazon has already taken the money. UPS said they will investigate. It's been 2.5 weeks and they have done nothing! Amazon say they have dealt with it and it will be delivered, UPS keep telling me the duties have not been paid. UPS DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS, THEY SENT ME AN INVOICE TO PAY WHICH ISN'T EVEN MY INVOICE! They don't acknowledge receipt of emails either. The package has been moving between JHB and CT for two weeks! The tracking shows it being scanned in and out multiple times. Is ludicrous! UPS are arrogant and rude!
