UPS All talk and No Action

UPS South Africa Is All Talk and No Action! A friend and I have ordered the Same Item and the Same time from the Same provider in December, My Friend has had his iten for 4 weeks now and I have NOT! Cape Town Office blames JHB Office and so the game is played, Cape Town Office they say is Closing, No wonder there Customer Care is Pathetic! Team Leader informs me that some lady will assist and copeys her on email, I send email and out off Office email returns! Time to uses other delivery company! STILL WAITING !!!
