UPS - a disgrace

1. We were at first informed that this package will be delivered on Friday 5 July 2024

2. On Friday 5 July 2024 I got an email stating that it can't be delivered as the delivery address is in a 'remote area', which is not true. Midstream Estates is in the middle of the biggest metro of South Africa (Gauteng).

3. When I called your call centre on Friday 5 July 2024 the lady told me that it was only received in Johannesburg at 12 on Friday 5 July 2024 - once again not true as your own logs shows it was there at 5am in the morning. She however said it would be delivered on 8 July 2024.

Yet - it is still not delivered on Tuesday 9 July 2024, still showing it is in a 'remote area'.

You are a disappointment! Why did I think that you would honour your undertaking or just deliver fast???

If you had not noticed - this is 2024, not the middle ages.

This is not what I expected from UPS.

I will now probably get an email indicating how sorry you are, but that doesn't make any difference to a packages that was expected on Friday 5 July 2024
