Untrained Customs handlers from UPS

They did a false declaration on parcels and now wants us to pay ,no one has been trying to solve this issue and we keep speaking to different people .They have kept the parcels for a month now with no action better use DHL or fedex ,the team seem not know their clearance at all ,you will have all your parcels stuck with UPS!
