Unreliable Parcel Service

UPS claim to be a world leader in courier services but nothing could be further from the truth. In the past 3 months I have nothing but headaches from deliveries to incorrect addresses (waybills completely ignored), incorrect charges, not receiving invoices, incorrect information and just general lack of service. And this is not only in South Africa, in the UK they are just as useless.

DO NOT ENTRUST THEM WITH YOUR VALUABLES!!!
