Unrealisable services courier company

I’m really angry with their services. Their time estimated to deliver on Wednesday 24/05/2023. Today is the 25/05/2023 still I have not received my parcel.

Their process are not clear. I have made the immediate payment on Tuesday with the expectation of getting my parcel today.

I’m told they don’t have the driver to deliver my order today. I need to pay close to R700 to get my order to be delivered today..

What’s nonsense is this ??
