Unprofessional services

Thoroughly appalled by the manner in which the company has handled my parcel. Will never use them ever again. I call their service desk to request for an indication of what time I should be expecting the package since this information is not shown in the online tracker. It does not even say the date of delivery but instead I get a rude lady who tells me it will come whenever it needs to come. Why is to so hard to give an indication of when that will be. Do you even realise the inconvenience this causes
