United postal services (UPS) a total waste of time

Probably the worse company in the world! I have made countless telecoms with UPS, even had the UK company send UPS South Africa anemail. I made payment for import tax but 2 weeks later UPS said that they never received proof of payment. I will never never recommend UPS to anyone. DHL and our local couriers will not disappoint like UPS.
