United Parcel Services is HOPELESSSSSS!

The Customer Services at UPS is HORRIFIC!! After hanging on for 15min you just get cut off. If they do answer they promise to phone you back and this never happens. My parcel from USA has been missing since 25 Nov and nobody is willing to help. I'm so frustrated and helpless.
