Unhappy customer

This is the second time my brother who lives in France (Toulouse) sends me a gift (a remote control for Xbox) for my daughter and he paid more than double the purchase price to send it but can you believe that these losers at UPS made me pay customs fees again, for a toy???? Only in South Africa do you see such nonsense, UPS is really the worst, and I can't recommend anyone to use their services, they are just ****mers. So far I haven't received my package and they don't even communicate with customers, what kind of bull**** is this? There are so many people complaining about them, why don't they just shut down.
