True Incompetence

UPS are the worst courier service in the country. A US supplier sent me a parcel two weeks ago and despite multiple calls and visiting their offices nothing has happened about it. They never call me back and they constantly pass the buck as to who's fault it is. In the time the parcel has been here in the country I've received four parcels from DHL and Fedex from other US suppliers of the same stock with no problems only taking two or three days. If you want to keep your sanity and receive your parcels use anyone but UPS
