Threatened and Parcelless
I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service I received from your employees today. At 01:32 I received a phone call from + ********** 9213. A gentleman at the end of the line asked if I was Ms Mngadi, to which I rep**** yes I am, but before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me saying he has my "stuff" and I should call him back if I wanted it today because he does not have any airtime. I didn't get a chance to ask him anymore questions as he abruptly hung the phone up on me. I then sent this sms to him "I do not appreciate your lack of professionalism. Yes, this is Ms Mngadi and I will not be calling you back -I'm not responsible for ensuring you have all the tools you need to do your job efficiently. All incoming and outgoing calls on my phone are recorded, please kindly note, the recording I have of the call made at 1:32pm 25/02/2018 will be used in a formal complaint against you. Thank you."
Then I received a call from him in which the same gentleman continued with a full verbal attack on me. He asked me questions and as I proceeded to calmly answer him, he would interrupt with snarky comments such as "what's wrong with you" "I don't understand English" "I'm trying to HELP YOU but in how do you expect to get your parcel when you send messages like these". He gave the phone to another gentleman whilst I was still calmly trying to explain to him that I'm not responsible for him doing his job right. The second gentleman told me that they drove all over the suburb and couldn't find my address. My CORRECT address does show on all GPS and mapping systems. This gentleman tried to reschedule for tomorrow, at a public library A WHOLE TOWN away. I'm a working woman, I don't have the time to do that, and to my knowledge, the courier company delivers to my door. The gentleman then said since I don't WANT to meet him tomorrow, my material is going back where it came from. Flabbergasted, I asked for this man's name, he said it was Thulani, I asked for the other gentleman's name, he said he didn't know, and then gave me the name Siya Dlamini. I asked for his supervisor's name and contact details and the phone was put down on my ear. This is not the first time I'm receiving my study material through this company, nor is this the first time I've been called out my house to receive it. I'm usually a very understanding and accommodating woman, but the level of service (or lack thereof) and disrespect I received from your staff is a new low, I am excruciatingly disgusted by all this. Both phone calls were recorded and I have kept both recordings and I'll gladly forward them to whomever needs to hear them to take this further. This is university study material being delivered so essentially, this is my future at play. I not only need my study material delivered to me, but I also need the CORRECT contact details of the ups pinetown branch so this can be resolved.
