This company runs its business like a ****. Their high international shipping fees (R1,250 to ship a 200 gram part from Germany to Cape Town) does not include predictable fee's for getting the shipment through customs. Their website says brokerage fees are charged in 'complex' clearance procedures but this was just a standard international shipment, they just abuse their position to throw all kinds of additional fee's at you once they have your package. Their delivery estimates are also a joke and detached from all reality. If you're thinking of using them and just started reading the mountain of 1 star reviews, run away or bend over, the reviews are all true.
