They Play Ping PONG With Customers.

<div>I made a purchased on amazon almost 2 weeks ago and i had a option to be delivered by Aramex or pay double to be delivery as a priority by UPS.

The delivery date passed and i noticed something was wrong so i phoned UPS and they told me my package was undergoing customs in Johannesburg, so i waited 3 more days and i said to myself, customs dont take this time for something so small and cheap, so i phoned again and they told me that they are holding my package and waiting instructions from who knows what. So waited few more days and phoned again and they told me that they had lost the package and only found recently and that it would be shipped to capetown and be delivered to me. So i waited and the package was never coming. i phoned again and they told me that they would ship to capetown on the same day and that i was to phone capetown branch on the next day. on the next day i phoned capetown brance and they told me that the package is on the way coming with their late transport and that i should wait. on the same day 5 hours later i phoned capetown again the now they told me that the package is still in Johannesburg, minutes later i phoned Johannesburg and for the surprise they tell me that the package is in cape town, so now they playing ping pong with me, where is my package? this is a joke, i payed almost R1000 extra money to be shipped as priority by UPS and this happens,they playing with me, and these people working there either have no training or have no idea about the work they doing. I want my package delivered to be with emergency.
