THE WORST TRACKING COMPANY

My parcel arrived from Germany on 3 December 2025. It has been at the Kempton Park Warehouse since 5 December 2025. No details are provided as to why it hasn't been / isn't being sent to me. When phoning the call centre, nobody answers. No email address is provided for additional help.
