THE Worst service ...

UPS is the worst courier company to deal with! I have a parcel that arrived in JHB on the 26th November - yes, that's 3 weeks ago - and I am still waiting for delivery of the parcel. Duties and taxes have been paid and there is NO excuse for the delay of this parcel. I can NEVER speak to anyone - I spend hours on hold and generally when I eventually get through, the line drops or I cannot hear the person. Pathetic service!
