The worst courier shipping and freight handling

On Wed, Apr 1, 2015 at 11:05 AM I recieved an invoice from Thelma confirming the amount I need to pay to have my parcel released. on the same day at 12:12 PM I sent proof of payment to Thelma. she left for the day around lunch time and did not bother updating my payment. I was requested numerous times to send POP to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and still no one had bothered updating my payment. To a point where this morning I phoned to follow-up on the delivery of my parcel which was scheduled for today. Again no recallls recieving my payment and POP. Few minutes later i recieved a call from a gentlemen (whom I did not get his name) who confirmed recieving my payment and that my parcel is out on delivery we we speak, his was this morning before 9:00am.Than around 15:00pm I got a call from Valerain in the dbn branch and she tells me they did not recieve payment from me and that they holding my parcel and it will not be delivered until I've made payment.
