The worst courier company on the planet. Packages being held for a month - promises of following up which never happens. Will never use UPS again - horrific service, waiting times on the phone etc etc etc. I am mad.............. If there was the option of a zero - I would be giving them that. What are they doing about a shocking rating of 1.6 out of 10........ clearly NOTHING
