The usual circle jerk from the worlds worst courier company

Here we go again, the shipment hasn't even arrived in customs, and this *********** organisation are sending threatening emails, on possible penalties and sanctions from Customs. I have received no invoice for what is owed, or bank details. Trying to talk to their Customer Disservice Centre by telephone is an exercise in total futility. This company is so bad they make the South African Post Office look like professionals
