The poorest service imaginable

Absolute disaster - package took 38 hours from Slovenia to Kempton Park - arrived 22 July - still stuck there on 2 August 2022- with UPS not answering their phones and fobbing of queries. THE WORST SERVICES EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
