The most useless company on the planet- no exaggeration!

One star is too high a rating for the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In the first instance they are impossible to contact. A parcel sent to me by my son left the US on the 3 August. It arrived in SA on the 7th. Now we’re on the 15 and it’s still with locked up somewhere in their facility in spite if having paid the duty TWICE on the 9th. That advice mail was from the mist indifferent accounts person who has not rep**** to my double payment. But that is a minor issue compared to spending hours every day for the past five days calling the only contact number available. There is not an exaggeration. I want their CEO to try calling his company, but I wonder, but given the total dysfunction that prevails, I wonder if that person ever shows up at the place. Yesterday I let the phone ring for 1hr and 40 mins and to utter surprise a real live person answered. Didn’t seem at all phased about my contact experience- we are very busy was the reply. He muttered about looking at the ‘system’ and couldn’t understand why it said parcel released from customs but didn’t know where it was. The last I heard was that he’d talk to his team at SARS and let me know. Well I'm still waiting! Never, never use this company for your shipping requirements.
