The Employee s bad attitute

I have shipped my books from London in January and i waited for the delivery and when i call in i was told that the delivery came in January and they dont know is it not delivered. I asked them to deliver and the y told me i have to pay custom vat and i dint have money and said i will call for them to deliver whe i call the lady that answered i told her i have money they can deliver and i will pay the driver as agreed on with the lady i spoke . She told me no we cand deliver u have to pay first and i was suprised to hear that cos i thought i have to pay to the drive as per wat i was told. Now i have to wait for the money to reflet which i dont even knw how long its gona take. I am very diaapoitent to their service.
