The customer support was top-notch.

I have had some issues in the past with UPS, but my word has the support team been on the ball. A BIG BIG thank you to Junaid for assisting me, constinetly keeping me in the loop, let me know where the issues were and gave me solutions. Everthing he said is what was done, no empty promises and all that. Dude you deserve a raise! Why cant all customer support people be like you. :)
