after speaking to numerous so called managers at UPS JHB the clearing/brokerage department is not even worth mentioning, just as I was about to give up completely the light came through in the form of the brilliant Mr. Rezano Andrews WOW what a star he knows what customer service is and should be I hope UPS appreciates him because heaven knows they need him!
