Terrible service from UPS

What shocking service I am receiving. Shipped a parcel from USA to South Africa with an agreed delivery of 18 January 2020.

The parcel arrived in SA at UPS and was held. On me following up on the 17th that delivery was to be made. NOW, oh I need to pay customs, tax etc. If I had not followed up, who knows if they would contact me. I paid the amount within 15 minutes of receipt of invoice (immediate payment)

The parcel is STILL sitting at the "airport" and UPS cannot give me a date when I will receive the urgent shipment. "Maybe sometime next week....."
