Terrible service from UPS

Absolutely terrible service, will never ever use them again. After three days of continuous phoning I receive an email that Sender and Receiver details are required on the invoice. The attached invoice has all the details, after phoning and pointing them where to look again a promise that goods will be delivered, still nothing, this company does not deserve to be in business !!!!
