Terrible service, do not recommend it at all.

In the last two months two packages were sent to me(documents) and the first package took 3 weeks to be delivered the second package im Still waiting for and now its 3 weeks, customer service is useless, people on the phone never help and make empty promises, im tired of calling and sending emails and nothing being done and waiting for a package that time is of essence.

Really terrible service compared to DHL where i havent had issues having used them for the same thing for the past 6 months.

No one helps and no one takes responsability.
