Terrible service

UPS South Africa is the worst delivery company ever! Express parcels takes weeks and their communication is very poor. They put you on hold for long periods of time and when you finally get through to someone they make excuses. It’s a pity some companies overseas only use UPS to deliver in South Africa. If you can avoid them.
