Terrible Service!
I'm quite frustrated at the moment as I've been waiting for an update on my delivery. I've paid the and duties taxes and thought it would be a breeze to clear my package and get it delivered on time, but I was wrong! The update repeatedly states "Warehouse Scan" and I've called several times, but NOBODY'S PICKING UP! This has to be the worst courier service in SA!

27 Jul 2020, 13:01A week later, and now I'm receiving another false update! Apparently my parcel is now delayed because I haven't paid my duty and taxes! I paid upon arrival. I'm really done with this company. When you call the contact centre, no one picks up or you're transferred till you eventually give up! Covid19 is now being used as an excuse for your incompetence!
