Terrible Service

<p>I have had 3 shippments handled by UPS Kempton Park South Africa. On 2 of the 3 occasions they have lost the incoming paperwork and held up the delivery of my parcel for days.</p> <p> </p> <p>When you try to call them, you will sit on hold for 15-30 minutes and likely they will disconnect your call before you ever talk to a person.</p> <p> </p> <p>When you actually do get a person they have little concern to help you get your parcel on its way. They will instead set your phone down on the desk and not talk to you for so long that you finally hang up after 15 miniutes of no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have ordered from this same overseas company for year with no issue. I only started having an issue after the company started using UPS to deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is terrible and frustrating! </p>
