Terrible customer service.

After more than a week and numerous enquirers I still haven’t received my package. According to my order, which I explained via email to UPS who didn’t reply, the shipping is free of charge. Nobody tried to contact me and my package still hasn’t been delivered. I am very disappointed with their service. I hope to receive my package soon as this is unacceptable.
