Storage charged for their slow service
They were so slow and comms so poor that the parcel was with them a day "too long", and I was then charged then a storage fee to release my parcel. The sender and I both had to chase up, nag, I called about 9 times to get paperwork, get custom payments done, and then still had to chase up after all costs were paid to hear I have to pay storage.
