*****ing my parcel

My parents sent Christmas gifts to my children. In one hand I find it very sad that people who works there is unable to read datas from an invoice. I have to help them find out what is the currency. They said because there are sweets in the parcel they must send to Port Health. I live in SA for 12 years. I was importing chocolate and sweets. My parents and my husban's parents million times sent sweets, snacks, chocolate to us. NEVER EVER was any problem we got them every single time. This is how you ***** dear UPS???
