Stay away from UPS SA!

UPS SA has been a nightmare of incompetence, no follow up, poor communication and repeated promises that were never realized. The product I purchased and that was sent in November 2024 has yet to arrive (I write this in January of 2025). Good luck if your merchant or you use UPS. You will likely see delays and may never see your shipment.
