STAY AWAY FROM UPS !!!!!!

Stay away from UPS. Their service has tanked. First delivery, they claim they cannot find the business park to deliver the item. If BING can find it, surely your drivers could. Anyhow, eventually they delivered it. Late. Second delivery, they claimed they delivered it, but cannot say to whom, and the delivery status was updated this morning at 1:45 AM, ad they claimed it was delivered yesterday morning (3 August) at 7;38 ish. There is something wrong. Where is the package? Why cannot you say who signed? Why the massive delay? There is something really wrong here. Did you deliver it at all? - You cannot prove anything it seems! Was it tossed in a dumpster??? - Anything is possible. Call center feedback is PATHETIC! Your service used to be so good, now, I would rather use the post office. At least I know the package wont arrive!

At least Amazon is now sorting this out.
