Slowest service with terrible customer service

I called on Monday and I was told I will get the invoice via email. I called them again today(Weds) since I never received the email and the lady said I must call tomorrow because the lady that does the emailing has gone home. When I asked who am I speaking to she said Mpho and when I asked for her surname she said there’s only 1 Mpho in this department and I said wow so you’re refusing to give me your surname? She repeated her statement so she refused to give me her surname. I told my new supplier not to use them initially but she convinced me to try them again. The last time I used the service few years ago it was horrible and it’s obviously that nothing has changed.
