Slowest service ever!
My package was shipped 26 May from the US I have paid customs duty and tax but for the past 4 days my parcel moves between warehouse scan and Government regulatory hold, when I call I get differing responses from the consultants,one says I'll get it by the end of the week the other says it's with Port health and they are unsure how long it will take,the other says 3-5 working days. I was supposed to get my package delivered 3rd June and at this point in time I have no idea when I will receive my package. I've used DHL twice before and received my order from the same company in less than a week! What is the use of paying for expedited services?!

12 Jun 2020, 16:29I finally got my package this morning, nothing was more upsetting than finding that some of my products had spilt out because when they were repackaging at customs or wherever after checking, they did not take any care of my stuff. The integrity of my stuff could be compromised. I am so annoyed and I dnt understand how this can happen with UPS when there was no issues with other courier companies before. Never will I use you guys again.
